Eurostacker
Stainless steel 300kg Eurobin stacker.
The Simpro Eurostacker is a compact stainless-steel bin stacker, with modular lifting arms designed to suit Eurobins, Flurobins and other common food-grade bins and containers. It is ideal for food-processing applications where ingredient bins need to be moved, stacked, stored in racking or loaded into trucks.
With a reliable electro-hydraulic system, the Eurostacker can lift bins weighing up to 300kg to a maximum height of 2000mm. The single-mast design keeps weight to a minimum while improving operator visibility, and the triangular wheel layout ensures full control on any surface. The stacker is less than one metre wide and can turn in its own length, making it ideal for constricted spaces.
As standard, the Eurostacker is produced from 304-grade stainless steel with a polished finish, which is easy to clean and suitable for hygiene-critical environments. All models have IP66 waterproof controls, a 21A/h sealed gel battery and an integrated digital float charger.
Like all Simpro products, the Eurostacker is designed to withstand intensive daily use with little or no maintenance.
Options and Accessories
- Produced either from 304-grade stainless steel with polished finish, or mild steel with powdercoated finish.
- Optional upgrades to 55A/h gel battery or Lithium-ion battery.
- Optional PLC control system, which can be programmed to move arms automatically to pre-set heights, making it easier to manually stack/unstack bins.
- Digital weight display (not trade certified).
