X100S Standard Pallet Wrapper
This is a semi-automatic Pallet Wrapper which requires the Operator to attach the film to the Pallet but automatically cuts the tail off at the end of the wrapping cycle. It has a 200% Power-stretch carriage to maximise film yield without affecting pallet integrity.
The X100S pallet wrapping machine uses LLDPE stretch film as the main packing material to wrap the bulk cargos stacked on the pallet. Film provides extra support during transportation and storage to protect them from dust, moisture or damage.
The Smart Wasp X100S pallet wrapping machine has been widely used in industries such as glassware, tools, electric & electronic, paper, pottery, food & beverage, etc.
The Pallet Stretch Wrapping Machine is designed to wrap the pallets quickly, efficiently and securely, without the need for manual labor.

Automatic Cutting of Film
After finishing wrapping the pallet, the pallet stretch wrapper will cut the film automatically. There is no need for staff to cut the film with tools, which is easier and safer for users.

Multi-layer Function
With this function you can set different wrapping circles and wrapping forces at any height that you want. The maximum the machine can set is 9 layers for a pallet. Normal machine's wrapping force from the bottom to the top is the same, and it cannot stop during wrapping to reinforce the wrapping force. Such a function completely avoids these problems.

Intelligent Operating System
Each machine is fitted with an indicator light on top of the mast.
- Blue is machine in standby mode
- Green is the machine operational
- Red is emergency or fault mode, the alarm also sounds when an emergency or fault is detected.
Our smart programming means that the machine not only records the fault, it then displays on-screen tips and the steps needed to clear the fault
